Presenting a Live Event:
Join the live event from within your calendar in Teams. Once you have joined, you should see this screen:
Click on any source at the bottom to display in the Queue (Only a preview, participants cannot see this yet). You can share your screen or programs by clicking Share.
When you have what you want to present in Queue, click on Send Live then click Start, which will officially start the live event. At this point the participants should see what you are displaying.
Participants will now see your presentation and be able to hear you and see any materials you are presenting. If you enable Q&A they will be able to send questions to you via text.
This feature packs quite a lot of tools. It is recommended to do a test run before officially starting a live event, especially if you have never done one with Teams before.
