When to use:
When you need to mark up or make comments on a Word document
When you are collaborating with others on a document and want to track changes
Using the Comment Feature in Word:
Open your Word document and go the “Review” tab.
Highlight the area you would like to comment and click on “New Comment.”
Type your comment.
Using the Tracking Feature in Word:
Under the “Review” tab, you can enable “Track Changes.”
Now you can change anything on the document but the changes will appear red.
You or your collaborators can highlight the changes and accept the change by pressing “Accept.”
