When to use:
Feel eye fatigue or minor headaches
Mitigate the harmful effects from overusing monitors
Windows Night Light:
On your computer (Not within Remote Desktop Connection),
Search for “night light” in the start menu.
Click on Turn on now.
Note: Once you turn it on, you will notice your screen will have an orange/yellow tint. This is the effects of reducing blue light coming from your monitor. You can adjust the Strength and Schedule to your liking.
Dark Mode in Windows Explorer:
On either your computer or Remote Desktop Connection,
Search for “color settings” in your start menu.
On Choose your Color, change it to Dark.
Now every folder you open should be dark.
If you like dark mode, you can change Microsoft Teams and Outlook to that too!
Outlook: File -> Office Account -> Office Theme ; Change it to dark grey.
Teams: Open Settings and change Theme to Dark.
