Editing Your Voicemail Greeting in Ringcentral

Log in to your Ringcentral online account (Here's how). Select My Extension, or a different extension that you would like to change.

Click on Settings tab then reveal the settings for Messages. Here, you can make sure your Take Messages is enabled and click on Edit to set up/change your voicemail greeting.

Under Set Greeting, change it to Custom. You should see three methods of uploading your personal voicemail greeting:

• Phone - Choose or enter a number where the system will call you. Follow the prompts to record the greeting
• Computer Microphone - Connect a computer microphone and record the greeting directly
• Importing - Upload an mp3 or wav audio file

Play your recordings and record again if needed. Click on the upload button to save your recording. Click Done to finalize setting.
