Using Local Microphone and Webcam in Remote Desktop Connection

Before you connect to remote desktop, you can click show options at the bottom: 

Click on the Local Resources tab then under Remote audio, click on Settings... button:

Under Remote audio recording, set it to Record from this computer then click OK:

Under Local devices and resources, click on More... button. Check the checkbox next to Video capture devices. Then click OK.

You can now connect to your Remote Desktop Connection and use like normal. Before starting a video meeting, always check your camera settings to make sure it's using the correct camera. 

This is Zoom's camera setting. Make sure camera that starts with DESKTOP-... is selected.
