Checking Your Outlook Email in Web Browser

When your Outlook desktop app is malfunctioning or corrupted, or you are using another person's computer, you can use the web version of Outlook. It's missing a lot of useful features, but all the essentials are there. This method can be used for computers and mobile devices.

1. Go to www.outlook.com on your web browser of choice (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.)
2. Click on Sign in.                                                 
3. Enter your NetID@umass.edu. After that, it will redirect you to the familiar UMass login portal.
4. Enter your password.
5. Next, it will ask if you want to stay signed in. Say yes only if you're on your own device.
6. That's it!
