Programming a Button on Your Office Phone (Speed Dial)

1. With handset down , press program
2. Press the free button you want to program
3. Enter the 5 digit telephone number
4. Press the same button you wanted to program again
5. Press program

Later, you can call that number simply by pressing the programmed button.
