Here are some methods for troubleshooting:
- Restart your computer.
- Check if you have a built-in webcam that is currently blocked by a physical slider. Some webcams, particulary in All-in-ones, are hidden at the top and you can pop them up by pressing on them.
- Within the application's settings, have it set using the correct webcam for video input.
- You may be inside of remote desktop. You can minimize remote desktop and run zoom on your local computer.
