When switching or connecting monitors, Windows 10 may mistakenly set your icons, menus, fonts, etc. to look too big or too small. This causes difficulty viewing all your applications properly; therefore, you must adjust the Windows' scaling or resolution to recommended settings.
Note: This will not work for Remote Desktop Connection.
Here's how you can do that:
- Open your start menu and search for "change resolution"
- Click on the first result
- Under Scale and layout, change both the scaling ("Change the size of text, apps...") and "Display resolution" to recommended settings
- If your apps still do not look satisfactory, adjust only the scaling till everything looks proper
If this does not help, you may be experiencing incorrect settings from the application itself. Please contact UWW Tech Support for help.
