Laptop Is Damaged or Defective

Please immediately shutdown, or do not turn on, your laptop if it meets any of these conditions:

• Electrical components are exposed
• Electrical sparks
• Exposed to water
• Extremely hot
• Unusual sounds (like buzzing, whining, popping, etc.)

These specific signs are possible dangers to the you and your home. You should immediately contact UWW Tech Support for further instructions.

Any other damages like broken keys, screen, hinges, etc. are not dangerous and can be calmly resolved by submitting a ticket to UWW Tech Support. We will take the damaged laptop so it can be serviced by certified technicians. We can provide you with a temporary replacement if necessary.
