VPN for International Students

If an international student asks about access issues, suggest having them attempt to load these websites:

https://moodle.umass.edu/
https://uma.umassonline.net/webapps/login/#
https://outlook.live.com/owa/
https://www.google.com/gmail/about/#

If they are able to access all of those sites, then the international student should experience little to no issues.

However, if one of those sites do not load, the student can request from IT access to the VPN. They can send an email to it@umass.edu from their UMass email address, or someone else can request on their behalf.
