Add/Removing Form Fields In Adobe Acrobat

Adding a Form Field:

• Open the PDF you're trying to edit.
• On the right sidebar, search for the tool "Prepare Form"
  
• Right click your PDF and select a field type to create a new field.
  

Removing a Form Field:

• Open the PDF you're trying to edit.
• On the right sidebar, search for the tool "Prepare Form"
• Highlight the fields you would like to delete.
• Right-click and select delete, or click the Delete Key on your keyboard.
