Scheduling a Conference Room:
- Go to your Outlook's Calendar
- Click on Open Calendar and select From Room List...
- Search for the name of the conference room you want to schedule
- Double-click the room to select it and click OK
- You should now see the room's calendar, make sure to select a day that is available to avoid double booking
- Click on New Appointment
- Fill out title, time, and location
- When filling out the location, make sure to click on one of the suggestions to make sure it books the room correctly.

- Click Send and that's it!
- Look for an email from the conference room saying it has accepted your booking.
