Take Home Work Equipment Form

Please fill in the form in order to take home office equipment like laptops, tablets, computers, monitors, and printers. The form is available in the UWW-Staff Team under the Equipment Take-Home tab.

Chairs, accessories, and office supplies can be taken home without form.
