Student Cannot Log In or Forgot Their Password to Formsite

Issue:
Student cannot log in to their Formsite account
If this is for a form filled out prior to Fall 2021, usually they are trying to log in using the form's current URL which is different than past form URL's.
They may have forgotten their username or password they used as it may differ from their NetID information.
Solution:
Make sure the student has the link to the form for the correct semester.
Advisor can log into Formsite and open the correct form
Click the Share tab to find the form's share link
Send that link to the student
They may need to know their correct username. The username differs from the email address they used to sign up, as it is simply an account name they created.
Student can find the username they used by clicking the forgot password link on the login page to the correct form, and entering the email they used to sign up. An email will be sent to them that contains the username and a link to reset the password if needed.
Advisor can find the username they used, by going to the Settings tab of the form the student used. Then click Save & Return tab, then scroll down to View Accounts and search for them. Send them their Login Username.
If the student has forgotten their password, they can reset it by clicking on Forgot Password link at their form's URL, and entering the email address they used to sign up with.
