Note: At the Annex office on the UMass campus, we have two Toshiba printers, listed as North and South. The North printer is located at the hallway leading the the breakroom/kitchen. The South printer is located inside the storage room near the large conference room.
On Windows computers, these printers should be assigned to you automatically, and be available on your computer
If you see the printers but they say they are offline, try restarting your computer.
If you do not see the printers you can try connecting to global protect if you are on a laptop and wait a few minutes for them to be added
If you still do not see the printers you may not be assigned them, or there may be an issue with your computer or account. Please contact technical support for further assistance.
