Everything is Too Small or Too Large in Google Chrome

Issue:

• Your zoom setting is set to over or under 100%. You may have accidentally increased or decreased the level using the shortcut: ctrl + scroll wheel. 

Fix: Try one of the following

• Use the shortcut: ctrl + scroll wheel. When using that shortcut, you should see at the top right the zoom level and the button to Reset. Click on Reset to set back to 100%.
  
• Click on the three dots at the top right. Change the zoom level.
