Problem:
- For every startup, Ringcentral will automatically launch but requires you to input your credentials again.
Solution:
- Note: This is currently our workaround.
- You need to disable Ringcentral to launch on startup so it will not start automatically.
- Under File, uncheck "Launch Application on System Start"
- Under File, uncheck "Launch Application on System Start"
- For every startup, enable Global Protect VPN first then launch Ringcentral. This at least prevents the trouble of logging in every time.
UPDATE: Ringcentral has released a fix, so if you are still seeing this please update Ringcentral to the latest version or contact technical support.
