Wi-Fi Wireless Eduroam not connecting any more

If there has been a recent configuration change, Eduroam wireless may no longer connect for you. The best way for a windows laptop to get connected back to Eduroam wireless is:

1. Click on the wireless icon on the bottom right taskbar
2. Right click on Eduroam -> Forget
3. Click again on the wireless icon
4. Click on Eduroam, and say yes to any security warnings
5. Enter your NetID credentials in the form of netid@umass.edu 

For macs only: you may need to rerun the wireless configuration wizard found at umass.edu/it/eduroam
